Director of Product Ownership – ClaimSearch Ecosystem
A key leader on the Verisk Product team, reporting to the Vice President of ClaimSearch, responsible for leading the reimagining of ClaimSearch to bring more value to customers through modern use of data and the enablement of external partners within the Verisk Ecosystem.

Overseeing the development, management, and execution of product strategies
Ensuring meticulous planning and execution of product roadmaps
About the Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Role
Work with partners to define outcomes of codeveloped products including the GTM strategies and business objectives
Develop an externalization strategy for ClaimSearch that builds on external platform presence and capabilities
Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
Continuously evaluate and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends and customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets customer expectations and business objectives
Analyze the interdependencies within the product ecosystem and its impact on overall user experience
Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in the product development and delivery process
Ensure that the product integrates seamlessly with other systems and services to provide a cohesive user experience
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with product goals and customer success metrics
Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within the product team
Ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and reflects the needs and feedback of the customers
Qualifications
Deep understanding of insurance Claims departments, processes, and systems as well as technology and data solution providers
Ability to understand and optimize interconnected systems within the Verisk Ecosystem
Emerging people leader with proven experience driving high performance teams; able to drive efficient collaboration models, build talent capabilities and drive change
Has managed or worked in close collaboration with engineering and product/process design teams
Demonstrable experience setting strategy, defining roadmaps, and executing on goals
Builds and maintains strong and effective relationships with key business stakeholders
Quick learner and strategic thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo
