Washington, D.C. (Hybrid or Remote)
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Inspired by the Secret Service codename for the Presidential limousine, Stagecoach stands for efficiency and excellence. We take ambitious ideas — whether for commercials, documentaries, or live events — and bring them to life with an exacting standard of quality. Every project is approached with the highest level of precision: seamless execution, attention to the smallest detail, and an unwavering commitment to impact.
From shaping messaging strategies to orchestrating complex film and TV productions, we manage every step with care and precision so our clients can remain focused on their vision. There will also be opportunity to edit original content depending on skillset and experience.

Support the post‑production team in quickly producing high‑quality videos under tight deadlines by streamlining asset management processes and contributing to the editing process
Ingest, organize, and sync multicam footage in timecode‑based workflows
Quickly assemble string‑outs and rough cuts for review
Manage and maintain proxy‑to‑raw conform pipelines while ensuring accuracy and media integrity
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise, such as media relinking, conforming, and codec compatibility across multiple camera format
Apply and adjust LUTs and perform initial color passes for visual tonal consistency
Maintain clear project organization, including bin structure, naming conventions, and deliverable styles, across the team
Manage project assets in Iconik to ensure metadata accuracy and efficient intake of footage
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in the entertainment and/or post‑production industry
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, including advanced project organization, multicam editing, and intricate sequence management
Proven experience assembling multicam string‑outs with timecode‑synced footage

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management under tight deadlines
Experience using Iconik, Frame.io, or similar cloud media platforms preferred
Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Good collaborator, team player with a positive attitude
