As a Consumer Automation Specialist, you’ll turn marketing and consumer data into insights that guide strategy, improve campaign performance, and drive business growth for top independent financial brands. As the link between strategy and execution, you’ll translate complex marketing and consumer data into actionable recommendations for internal teams. From developing dashboards that track KPIs to guiding optimization efforts across campaigns, your analytical skills, clear communication, and collaborative spirit will ensure measurable impact.
Primary Responsibilities
Establish and implement marketing best practices across digital campaigns
Define KPIs and methods of tracking results
Design and execute tests to identify effective strategies
Build and manage multi-channel automation funnels using email automation software
Analyze campaign performance and drive continuous improvement
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs
Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns
Identify insights and trends to improve reach and performance
Conduct market and competitive research to uncover new strategies and tactics
Monitor emerging industry trends, tools, and competitor activities
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for messaging, creative, and channel strategy
Qualifications
1+ year of marketing experience or agency setting preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of digital marketing practices and campaign implementation
Confident working across teams and departments with professionalism
Familiarity with marketing automation systems and email service providers (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Active Campaign, etc)

Annual base salary: $55,000 - $60,000 (exempt)
Annual performance bonus target: 5%
