Platform & Release Engineering —build scalable infrastructure and release processes that support diverse product needs. Focus on reliability, extensibility, and cost optimization across environments. Automation & Quality Services —lead intelligence‑driven automation and quality assurance initiatives. Use AI and data to reduce manual effort and improve release confidence. Global Engineering Productivity —partner with our India‑based team to align global productivity initiatives and scale operational excellence. What You’ll Do

Lead engineering teams across CI/CD, developer workflows, shared utilities, and automation platforms. Act as a liaison to partner engineering teams, evangelizing the mission and roadmap of Developer Productivity. Inspire internal teams to contribute via open‑source and open‑contribution models. Review and guide architecture, design, test strategies, and delivery plans. Manage project risks and drive creative problem‑solving. Develop and evolve engineering and business processes to optimize team efficiency. Represent the team and strategy at internal and external industry events. Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, including 10+ years in engineering leadership roles. Proven success building reliable, scalable, and cost‑efficient cloud services. Deep empathy for developers as primary stakeholders. Strong understanding of CI/CD systems, developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, and operational metrics. Excellent communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing managers and leading cross‑functional teams.
