This role supports the design, coordination, and delivery of land development projects for commercial, residential, and site infrastructure under the guidance of a licensed professional engineer (P.E.). Responsibilities include producing technical deliverables, developing design solutions, and contributing to collaborative project execution.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and preparation of plans for site development projects, including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control.
Develop and evaluate design alternatives based on site constraints, client needs, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare project specifications, cost estimates, and design documentation using tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow Hydrographs, and MS Office Suite.
Analyze horizontal and vertical alignments, typical sections, and right-of-way requirements to ensure project feasibility and efficiency.
Prepare written technical reports and engineering studies using approved company formats.
Direct and review the work of engineering technicians to ensure accuracy and quality.Oleí> }
