Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma/GED Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master Electrical License) Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical activities in extreme weather conditions R

esponsibilities

Service and maintain Lufkin Automation equipment under direct supervision Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical/electronic equipment Perform on-site installation of electrical/electronic equipment, including conduits Operate various electronic tools and equipment, such as auto cranes and stud guns Assess and address well-optimization issues independently or with the help of technical specialists Collaborate with other business entities and manage customer service standards and quality Follow HSE procedures rigorously Other projects as required Desired Qualification

At least three years of electrical experience Troubleshooting skills and basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite) Ability to work independently and manage inventory effectively Oilfield experience and familiarity with variable speed drives and automation instrumentation Commitment to maintaining customer service standards and quality Essential Characteristics

Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite Ability to work independently and in team settings Experience in oilfield operations, automation, and instrumentation (preferred) Strong commitment to safety and quality standards Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage inventory
