AI Architect Oracle HRM & Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Location Atlanta, GA
Overview We are seeking an AI Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Human Resource Management, Generative AI, and Model Context Protocol to design, build, and scale next‑generation intelligent HR solutions. This role requires strong enterprise architecture skills to integrate AI/GenAI with Oracle HRM, Workday, payroll, ITSM, and workforce experience platforms, and to drive adoption of MCP for secure, compliant, and scalable AI workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy
Define the AI/GenAI and MCP architectural roadmap for Oracle HRM and enterprise HR ecosystems.
Translate business use cases (recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee experience, workforce analytics) into scalable AI/MCP‑driven solutions.
Drive enterprise adoption of Model Context Protocol (MCP) for context‑aware AI interactions across HR, ITSM, and service delivery domains.
Solution Design & Development
Architect AI‑powered assistants, copilots, and agentic workflows integrated with Oracle HRM and payroll modules.
Implement secure and compliant GenAI models (LLMs, retrieval‑augmented generation, domain fine‑tuning) for HR‑specific use cases.
Enable interoperability of Oracle HRM with Workday, ServiceNow, and custom HR applications through MCP orchestration.
Integration & Governance
Establish data pipelines and governance frameworks for sensitive HR data used in AI models.
Ensure compliance with enterprise policies, security standards, and regional regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Integrate HR data sources with AI platforms via APIs, MCP, and enterprise service buses.
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with HR business leaders, IT, and AI/ML teams to design business‑driven AI solutions.
Mentor solution engineers, AI developers, and HR system architects on MCP and AI adoption.
Lead PoCs, pilots, and enterprise rollouts of AI‑enabled HRM solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Enterprise HR Systems Expertise
8+ years working with Oracle HRM/Oracle HCM Cloud (core HR, payroll, recruiting, talent management).
Experience integrating Oracle HRM with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow HRSD.
AI/GenAI Expertise
Strong background in LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, and agent‑based AI.
Practical implementation of GenAI in HRM use cases: intelligent recruiting, employee self‑service, HR chatbots, policy copilots.
Understanding of agentic AI and orchestration frameworks.
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Hands‑on experience in MCP design and adoption to enable context‑sharing across HR and IT systems.
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and secure session orchestration.
Architecture & Leadership
Proven track record as an enterprise/solution architect in HR/AI domains.
Strong knowledge of cloud (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and microservices architecture.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Exposure to conversational AI platforms (Oracle Digital Assistant, MS Copilot, OpenAI APIs).
Knowledge of workforce analytics, predictive HR, and payroll automation.
Familiarity with data privacy laws and ethical AI principles in HR.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Certifications in Oracle HRM/HCM, AI/ML, or Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF) preferred.
