Lead and manage the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for residents. Proactively build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers for coordination of personalized care. Collaborate with community leadership; mentor and engage associates; build resident and family satisfaction. Supervise licensed nurses and direct care staff; provide coaching as needed; may lead additional clinical leadership team. Qualifications & Skills
Education as required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN). Driver's license. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation. Benefits & Perks

Full-time and part-time benefits eligibility as described. Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Full-time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) program. Veterans, transitioning active duty personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance naturalization (Form N-400) costs up to $725 for qualified associates with at least one year of service.
