Medical Laboratory Supervisors and Technicians
to perform and oversee high-quality testing in our state-of-the-art facility in the following areas:
Toxicology
Molecular Infectious Disease
Next Gen Sequencing (NGS)
Chemistry / Hematology
Cancer Genomics (Liquid Biopsy, SST)
This full-time role is based in Saint Rose, Louisiana (near New Orleans Airport), offering relocation support for the right candidate to join our collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform moderate and high-complexity testing in compliance with CLIA and LSBME standards.
Conduct and or oversee specimen processing, analysis, and accurate result reporting.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
Document all quality control, proficiency testing, and maintenance activities with precision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet turnaround times and accuracy standards.
Support new assay validation and laboratory development projects.
Qualifications
MLS or MLP Certification
Certification from ASCP
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field.
Clinical laboratory experience in at least one specialty area (molecular, NGS, chemistry, hematology, toxicology).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in laboratory informatics and data analysis.
Location & Work Style
Full-time position based in Saint Rose, Louisiana (conveniently near New Orleans Airport).
