Job Description George H. Burns located in Wilmington, DE is looking to hire a full-time LEAD HVAC Installation Technician to install all types of heating and cooling systems in New Castle County. We are looking for a professional and courteous individual who is passionate in delivering outstanding customer service. Our HVAC technicians generally work from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with overtime potential during peak periods.
The HVAC LEAD Installer position earns a competitive wage up to $40/hour plus bonus/commissions!!!

Responsibilities
Install/Service of all types of heating and air conditioning systems.
Provide outstanding quality installation service with no shortcuts.
Ability to navigate any residential environment and roadblock with knowledge and decision making in running a jobsite.
Ability to retrofit any residential environment included but not limited HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
Organizational skills to maintain quality time management, a clean jobsite, a clean work truck, and quality reporting details.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Knowledge of code requirements.
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
