We are a full-service multi-location private practice with locations in VA known for our uncompromising quality in eyecare and eyewear. We have a growing patient base and enjoy seeing a wide range of patients from families to senior citizens. We are looking for a Full‑Time Optometrist to join our family! We just started a dry eye clinic at our office and are looking for an OD who has a passion for performing IPL, etc.
What You’ll Need
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending)
Valid VA state license to practice optometry (or pending)
Comfortable and confident in interactions with patients and other ODs, a desire and passion to learn, and a team‑player attitude
Real go‑getter who wants to learn, grow, build and stay long‑term
Why Work Here? Exposure: As a doctor in our practice, you will have the opportunity to practice full-scope medical care, including glaucoma, dry eyes, scleral lenses, and myopia management. We concentrate on specialties and have a heavy medical and primary‑care base.
Environment: Our new OD will always have a robust team supporting them every day. They will work alongside other ODs, technicians who do the workup of the patient, and a great front desk staff. Likewise, you will have everything you need to be successful with our state‑of‑the‑art technology, including:
OCT
visual field
Tonometer
binocular screening
Humphreys
Topographer
EHR
Schedule: This is a fantastic full‑time opportunity where you’ll be able to float between our locations and ensure that you’re seeing a wide variety of patients! We are also open to staying at one location. Our doctors work Saturdays so that we can provide care to our patients when it’s convenient for them, but not every Saturday. We schedule two patients per hour, giving doctors 30‑40 minutes per patient so they can provide specialized care.
