Job Details Key Responsibilities:
Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Establish and maintain internal controls and financial policies
Coordinate external audits and implement recommendations
Support financial aspects of M&A activities, including due diligence and integration
Deliver financial insights to guide executive‑level decisions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (CPA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proven analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
