Responsibilities
Maintain and patch Windows Server 2016 and newer versions.
Support SharePoint Server infrastructure (back‑end).
Provide remote user support via ticketing, phone, and email.
Develop and automate tasks using PowerShell.
Required Qualifications
Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university (alternatively five (5) years of additional SA experience may substitute).
Compliance with DoD 8570.01‑M with a minimum certification of IAT Level I (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
Current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance.
Exposure to and experience with SharePoint Server (back‑end preferred).
Experience with Windows Server 2016 and newer, including server maintenance, OS patching, and migration.
Strong customer‑service skills and the ability to assist users through remote support.
Experience scripting with PowerShell and automation techniques.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, LDAP.
Experience with .NET, C#, REST API, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, IdM, user liaison, and documentation.
Experience with SharePoint associated products (Designer, Visio, InfoPath, Visual Studio, PowerShell).
Pro‑active, self‑motivated team player.
Excellent communication skills.
