Responsibilities

Work closely with business and programming personnel to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Enhance existing systems, provide technical input to DTS ServiceNow developers, and support new development initiatives.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience in a state‑government environment.
Proficiency in front‑end UI programming within ServiceNow.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices for solution development.
Optional/Helpful
Orchestration experience.
ServiceNow certification.
