Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
Specialty: Significant experience preparing and filing Form 706 (Estate Tax) and 709 (Gift Tax) returns
Practice Focus:
Drafting wills, trusts, POAs, and related planning documents
Advanced planning for high-net-worth individuals
Business succession planning experience preferred
