Job Description:

The Oracle Cloud Tax with OneSource Lead Consultant will be responsible for leading cross-functional discussions with tax and accounting users to analyze requirements, brainstorm and articulate solutions, and recommend industry best practices.

The role includes managing tax-specific issues and designing/building solutions using OneSource and Oracle ERP Cloud.

The consultant will document, configure, test, demonstrate, and train end users throughout the implementation life cycle, including go-live support.

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Tax with OneSource.

7 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.

7 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Tax.

5 years of experience with OneSource and Oracle E-Business Suite Tax.

Onsite availability (4 days per week).

Experience:

10+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud Tax and OneSource Application.

Experience working on at least 3 full life cycle tax implementations.

Demonstrable expertise in OneSource configuration and solutioning.

Experience with Multi-Org setup (Set of Books, Legal Entities, Operating Units).

Experience acting in a functional lead capacity, responsible for Oracle Fusion Tax implementation.

Responsibilities:

Understand and document business requirements and work with business teams to develop tax solutions ensuring compliance.

Design and build solutions on Oracle Fusion and OneSource.

Contribute to implementation methodologies including documentation of risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.

Develop, test, and document technical enhancements to Oracle Fusion Tax with OneSource (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

Test delivered tax solutions and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Prepare and present project updates and materials to stakeholders.

Lead project status meetings and coordinate with business and implementation teams.

Provide support throughout the implementation life cycle, including post go-live activities.

Should Have:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to take ownership and accountability of deliverables while working with multiple business and IT teams.

Knowledge of AR/AP/Procurement business processes and their integration with OneSource.

Qualification And Education:

Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
