How You'll Make an Impact
Design and configure SCADA/EMS solutions for grid operations.
Translate customer requirements into tailored technical solutions.
Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
Build and maintain configuration databases for SCADA/EMS applications.
Support integration of advanced technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and SaaS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Provide technical expertise during pre‑sales and implementation phases.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues for optimal performance.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Computer Science, or related).
Minimum 5 years of experience with SCADA, EMS, OTS, or GMS systems.
Strong understanding of power system operations and grid automation principles.
Proficiency in scripting and virtual platforms (VMware, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with Smart Grid architecture and NERC compliance.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
