What You’ll Do
Respond quickly and clearly to customer questions and enquiries
Monitor and respond to feedback across social media and review sites
Build and engage a vibrant community
Collect and share customer feedback to improve our offerings
Create helpful resources and support materials
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in customer support or community management
Knowledge of Amazon PPC advertising (big advantage)
Ability to stay calm and solution-focused
Comfortable with social media and online tools
Self‑starter who thrives working remotely
