About the Role As a New Home Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our client’s communities—guiding homebuyers through every step of the purchasing process, from first visit to closing. You’ll use your expertise, relationship‑building skills, and knowledge of the new home construction process to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving profitable sales growth.
What You’ll Do
Greet and engage all visitors to the model home or sales center.
Use our proven sales process to identify customer needs and match them with the right home and community.
Register, track, and follow up with all prospects through our CRM system.
Conduct professional community and model home presentations.
Prepare and review purchase agreements and manage contingencies through closing.
Maintain the sales center and community appearance to company standards.
Build and foster relationships with buyers to increase referral and repeat business.
Partner with the Marketing team to generate qualified traffic and drive community awareness.
Conduct regular competitive market studies to assess pricing, product, and customer trends.
Participate in monthly broker events and community outreach activities.
What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of new home sales experience (homebuilding experience preferred).
Strong understanding of the new home construction and sales process.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Professional, energetic, and highly organized — able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Bilingual skills a plus!
