Practice Manager II – UKHC Work Location: Lexington, KY Grade Level: 11 Salary Range: $54,080–$95,056 per year Type of Position: Staff, Full‑time

Job Summary This position is located off‑campus in Lexington, KY at UKHC Fountain Court. The primary responsibilities of the Practice Manager II are to direct the clinic’s business, technical, and nursing support activities and ensure the successful management of all assigned clinics. In conjunction with the Clinical Operations Director, they oversee administrative functions, including operations, marketing, facilities, revenue cycle, human resources, planning, and development, and implement adjustments to the clinic operation that will support enterprise‑wide initiatives.

Shift Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed with rotating weekend on call

Physical Requirements Sitting or standing for extended periods of time

Education & Experience Required: BA Preferred: Experience in healthcare and management; 4 years related experience

Qualifications • 3+ years of healthcare management experience • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple clinics and teams simultaneously • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities • Eligible for supervisory responsibilities

Other Requirements • No required license or certification • Willingness to travel to other institutions as needed • Eligible for background check and drug screening per University of Kentucky Human Resources policies
