What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own the full-cycle sales process: prospecting, qualifying, building pipeline, conducting demos, negotiating, and closing new business

Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic partner

Ensure exceptional customer experience to foster adoption and set the groundwork for renewals and expansions

Utilize creativity and a proactive approach in outbound prospecting and territory strategy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and long-term customer success

What is Required (Qualifications)

4+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in a closing role within SaaS

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs

Expertise in full-cycle sales, including strong pipeline management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to influence diverse audiences

Demonstrated strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities to penetrate new accounts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Background in account management with a focus on relationship building

Ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities concurrently

Familiarity with Outreach or similar workflow software

BA/BS degree or equivalent education
