Position Overview Join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team as a 100% commission‑based sales professional. This role offers unlimited income potential, residual income, full‑time schedule, and comprehensive training.

What You’ll Do

Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions

Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions

Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long‑term residuals

Work independently with full support and training

Qualifications We are looking for curious and empathetic individuals who are motivated by meaningful work. The following are required qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of business‑to‑business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)

Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Proven ability to self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Remote work eligibility and willingness to be in the field in your team region
