We are hiring a Sales Coordinator. Our Sales Coordinators are essential to the hotel’s success, serving as a direct link between the front desk and our sales team. As a Sales Coordinator you will assist incoming reservation calls for groups and meetings, support the sales team with contracts, room blocks, and communication with the rest of the hotel team to ensure guests and corporate clients receive exactly what we promised. Concord believes in promotion from within, with many sales coordinators becoming future sales managers and directors of sales.
Key Role Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales calls, responding quickly and professionally to internal partners and external customers.
Deliver clear, concise communication that represents Concord Hospitality across all channels.
Demonstrate excellent time‑management, self‑motivation, and proactive planning with a keen focus on detail.
Assist with or manage room blocks, select reporting, client notifications of key dates, group resumes, event orders and BEOs, billing details, and other administrative aspects of group bookings and events.
Handle pre‑event, main‑event, and post‑event details: track, detail, and communicate with internal partners and external clients about each assigned event.
Gain knowledge of the hotel’s food & beverage products, pricing, presentation, and facility details related to group and event success.
Learn and use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes (Delphi, CI/TY, PMS, sales call process, etc.) and understand sales strategies (rates, fees, budgeted goals). Implement tools to achieve individual and team goals efficiently.
Prepare for, participate in, and report at all internal meetings, conference calls, planning, training, and communications required for this position.
Work collaboratively, embodying an entrepreneurial spirit to make decisions that benefit the hotel and achieve team goals.
Own career development and seek training and opportunities for growth.
Benefits (Full‑Time Associates Only)
