Journeyman Plumber – Connecticut P‑2 License (Residential & Light Commercial) Location:

Dispatch from home – Stamford, Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Ridgefield, Wilton, Norwalk, Redding, Westport.

Job Type:

Full‑time.

What You’ll Do:

Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service work—repairs, installs, diagnostics, and maintenance.

Diagnose issues and communicate clearly with customers about solutions and pricing.

Use ServiceTitan for job management, dispatch, drafting estimates, invoicing, and updates.

Collaborate with ownership to develop service processes and best practices.

Provide technical input on tools, equipment, and material decisions.

Maintain clean, safe, and code‑compliant work environments.

Represent bluefrog with professionalism, reliability, and pride.

Contribute to our growing culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Expect 35‑45 hours a week.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base pay $50/hour plus potential sales and performance‑based compensation. Most plumbers can expect to earn $2,000–$4,000 per week.

Signing bonus $2,500.

Who You Are:

Active Connecticut P‑2 Journeyman Plumbing License (in good standing).

3+ years of residential and/or light commercial plumbing experience.

Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

Tech‑comfortable (iPads, apps, mobile dispatch).

Valid driver’s license.

Reliable, professional, and motivated to build something lasting.
