Outpost, Los Angeles, California, United States, 90079

Save Job

Executive Assistant to the CEO and President Location: Playa Vista, California (in-person, five days per week).

Outpost is pioneering Earth return logistics for space. We're building vehicles that can return payloads from orbit safely and precisely—enabling faster space-based manufacturing, global delivery, and entirely new capabilities in the space economy. Our spacecraft is already backed by the U.S. government with multiple missions ahead. We’re a mission-focused team, building with urgency, grit, and care for the work we do and the people we do it with.

We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support both our CEO and our President, who work closely together. This is a key role that ensures their days run efficiently, that they stay focused on top priorities, and that the details—both big and small—are handled with care and precision. You’ll be central to the flow of communication, planning, and execution, and your work will directly impact the pace and quality of leadership at the company.

Who You Are You're the person who keeps everything running smoothly—anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and making life easier for the people you support. You’re highly organized, situationally aware, and know how to read the room. Whether it’s securing a last-minute meeting link or managing travel details down to the minute, you move with precision, confidence, and care.

You take pride in doing things right the first time, seeing things through, and staying ahead of the curve. You’re comfortable shifting between strategic planning and hands-on tasks, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch. You bring calm to chaos, clarity to clutter, and you’re the p plague people rely on when things really matter.

We believe in recognizing great work and will value yours—your contributions won’t go unnoticed. The CEO and President are hands‑on leaders who deeply appreciate reliability, thoughtfulness, and strong execution.

We welcome applicants with a range of educational and professional backgrounds. Whether you’ve come up through traditional roles or taken a more unconventional path, what matters most to us is your judgment, follow‑through, and work ethic.
