Base pay range
$15.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Help create, cultivate and promote a fun and energetic environment at our corporate Minneapolis, North Loop location! Tons of growth potential with this concept. We are looking for motivated, hard‑working and positive people. Our "SKIN EXPERT" (Esthetician) is responsible for performing 40‑50 minute facials, brows, and lashes. The SKIN EXPERT is also responsible for maintaining State Board compliance and keeping accurate and complete records. Skin Experts provide excellent customer service, achieve all service and product goals as well as following all FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines. Must be 18 years or older with an active and valid Advanced Practice Esthetician License as required by law.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Achieve personal and store goals.
Explain, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
Perform services including: Dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels, Brow Lamination, Lash Lifts.
Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures to ensure Board compliance.
Create and maintain partnerships with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs and ensure necessary items are on hand.
Assist in all in‑store operational processes.
Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
Accurately follow all company time‑keeping procedures.
Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
Qualifications
Advanced Practice Esthetician License.
Experience with Dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels, Eyebrow Waxing and Tinting.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
