Kforce Inc
Responsibilities
A client with Kforce is seeking a Partner Program Ops II to join their team for a remote role. Summary: As part of the GTM Programs & Operations team within the clients Global Partner Ecosystem (GPE), the Partner Program Ops Specialist will be a critical force in shaping and managing the operational backbone of our evolving, unified Partner Program. This role will support the operational and programmatic rigor behind the launch of our program and commercial models (RevShare, Reseller, Referral, 3P App), ensuring a seamless, efficient, and compliant partner experience from onboarding through offboarding.
In this highly cross‑functional role, you will drive operational efficiency, enable revenue recognition, and help scale and automate across the program and models. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Product, GTM Revenue, and other teams to deliver a world‑class partner experience rooted in transparency, ease, and scalability. We’re looking for someone who blends deep operational acumen with strategic foresight—ideally with experience in partner program design/optimization or building/scaling a product—and who is energized by turning complexity into streamlined, scalable processes.
Design and manage the end‑to‑end partner journey (onboarding, active engagement, and offboarding) across both self‑serve and managed models
Ensure accurate downstream system enablement (e.g., provisioning, billing, tier access)
Partner with internal teams to enforce compliance policies and offboard partners no longer in good standing
Develop and manage upgrade/downgrade mechanisms based on partner performance and engagement
Requirements
5+ years of experience in program operations, partner management, or business operations
Preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven success in designing and scaling operational workflows that support external partner ecosystems
Experience working with cross‑functional teams (GTM Finance, Legal, Rev Rec, Product) and driving alignment in a matrixed environment
Data‑driven decision‑maker with a strong ability to analyze process efficiency and impact
Exceptional communication and organizational skills; ability to manage ambiguity and complexity with clarity
Familiarity with revenue operations, compliance, and lifecycle management best practices is highly desirable
Compensation & Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion unless and until paid or modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, or disability status.
