The House Attendant keeps public areas sparkling, helps guests with a smile, sets up fun events, and supports the housekeeping team. This role needs detail-oriented folks who can handle physical tasks and provide top-notch service. Key Skills/Responsibilities
Sanitation and Cleanliness : Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in all facilities and equipment. Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Make sure everything shines, from carpets to furniture. Guest Service & Communication : Be quick to respond to guest requests and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Exhibit great customer service skills. Teamwork : Assist with setting up meeting rooms and events. Safety and Compliance : Safeguard sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items. Practicesafeworkhabitstoavoidpossibleinjuries. Education & Experience
HighSchooldiplomaorequivalent,and/orexperienceinahotelorrelatedfieldpreferred. Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving). Must work well in stressful, high pressure situations.
