We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Assist customers through the buying or selling process from contract to close Prospect daily for new business Follow up on leads and with customers daily Participate in our team training, meetings, and activities (we are an environment of contribution) Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Qualifications
Must have a laptop and basic computer knowledge Must have a valid license and vehicle for appointments Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Coachable and self-motivated Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation
