Collections / Accounts Receivable Representative
Western Door and Gate, LLC is seeking an experienced Collections / Accounts Receivable Representative with experience in the trades to join our team.
Position Summary Responsibilities
From within our office located in Las Vegas, you will be accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
Processes customer refunds, processes and reviews account adjustments, and resolves client discrepancies and short payments.
Monitors and maintains assigned accounts through customer calls, account adjustments, and small balance write off.
Customer reconciliations, and processing credit memos.
Follows-up delinquent accounts, updates and maintains accurate financial records, including accounting, receivable, and credit records.
Job Category Administrative Support as an individual contributor primarily in an office setting who provides administrative, clerical and support assistance to professionals, managers or executives.
Compensation Hourly at $25.00 plus commission structure.
