Qualifications
Expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
Strong knowledge of compliance, internal controls, and regulatory standards
Proficiency in Financial Analysis and Risk Management
Leadership, Communication, and Interdepartmental Collaboration skills
Advanced experience with accounting software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Familiarity with the automotive industry and its financial practices is a plus
