Senior Treasury Analyst Salary: $110k - $125k base, plus bonus and excellent benefits

Location: West Broward County (hybrid schedule, Friday's remote)

Public accounting background is highly desirable, but not required.

Position Summary: As Senior Treasury Analyst, responsibilities include financial analysis and cash flow forecasting for multiple divisions, along with special projects as needed within the finance department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Manage loan activities for projects, including but not limited to preparing/reviewing monthly borrowing base reports, reconciling loan balances with banks, and supporting land appraisal processes.

Prepare and maintain cash flow projections to estimate interest expenses and support decisions on distributions. Stay informed on operational progress across communities by reviewing reports, attending project meetings, and visiting sites in Palm Beach County, Port St. Lucie, Naples, Fort Myers, Estero, and Tampa.

Prepare and review monthly and quarterly reports for banks and investors.

Support internal reporting by preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly deliverables requested by management.

Manage the preparation and submission of audit confirmations related to debt.

Assist with annual loan renewals and preparation for bank meetings.

Analyze annual real estate taxes related to homebuilding and commercial projects.

Oversee bonding requirements and maintain accurate bond schedules.

Support the CFO and Treasurer with special projects as needed.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required.

Master’s degree in Accounting or MBA preferred.

3–6 years in public accounting with a proven track record of advancement preferred.

Skills and Abilities

Self‑motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to learn and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and the ability to deliver accurate, high‑quality work.

Advanced analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Team‑oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Nice to Have / Preferred Skills

Interest in identifying ways to improve financial and operational processes through technology and automation.

Exposure to RPA, analytics, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), either hands‑on or through collaboration with technical teams.

Ability to work effectively with both finance and technical stakeholders to support process improvements.

Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies, with a continuous improvement mindset.
