What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee and coordinate activities within the Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable units
Manage processing of all payables, ensuring compliance with cash flow and authorization policies
Monitor specific metrics for operational decision‑making and performance management
Collaborate with technical teams on system upgrades, fixes, and enhancements
Oversee collection activities for past‑due receivables and handle escalated issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business‑related environment
In‑depth knowledge of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable processing, practices, and systems
Excellent organizational, planning, written, and oral communication skills
Clean credit history as reported by credit report
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in AR and billing operations; 1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role
Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP S4 Hana), Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel
Strong understanding of AR processes, billing workflows, and reconciliation strategies
Experience in healthcare billing or buying group environments is a plus
