We are looking for a licensed Listing Agent who is motivated to learn to build a consistent and profitable listing business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to guide sellers confidently from listing through closing with professionalism and care. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+. In this position, you’ll learn to convert seller opportunities, deliver effective listing presentations, and manage transactions from signed agreements to the closing table. You’ll collaborate directly with top-producing agents, gain access to seller opportunities through proven team lead systems, and receive structured coaching designed to help you build momentum and scale your results. Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications

License required Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation
