Summary of Functions Assist the Community Association Manager to ensure the community meets standards set by the association’s governing documents.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
File all paperwork in appropriate places in a timely manner.
Assist the office staff with phones and fill in as needed.
Draft, proofread, and distribute correspondence, notices, and community communications.
Routinely inspect homesites for compliance on designated days; notify homeowners of non‑compliance.
Submit weekly reports.
Review ARC applications and notify residents if application is incomplete.
Schedule and attend ARC meetings.
Attend Board meetings.
Maintain a flexible schedule.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Board of Directors or management.
Open Service Requests for Maintenance Staff.
Assist with Annual Audit and financial research.
Research documents & files for homeowners, committees, and directors.
Execute special projects.
Coordinate and attend Community Events.
Job Requirements
Valid Florida Driver’s License.
CAM License.
Organizational Relationships Reports directly to the Association Manager.
Skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
Caliber.
Excellent command of the English language.
Bilingual preferred.
Seniority Level Entry level
