is seeking a
Staffing & Training Manager
to oversee people development, recruitment, and culture across multiple restaurant brands.
We’re building something special—and we need a pro who knows how to attract, train, and retain top hospitality talent.
What You’ll Do
Lead staffing and training across multiple restaurant locations.
Source, screen, and onboard high-caliber talent at all levels.
Build and manage a steady candidate pipeline to meet ongoing staffing needs.
Design and execute training programs for new hires and existing team members.
Partner with operations leaders to align staffing strategy with business growth.
Track and improve key metrics like turnover, time-to-fill, and training completion.
Foster a strong, positive work culture that reflects our values of respect, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in hospitality staffing, recruiting, or training (multi‑unit preferred).
Background in restaurant or hotel operations—you understand the pace and the people.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Experience designing and implementing training or onboarding programs.
Data‑driven mindset—you know your metrics and use them to drive decisions.
Based in or willing to relocate to
Little Rock, AR .
