Competitive Salary: $22.00 per hour
Work Site Location: St. Louis, MO – Onsite Office
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Your Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by engaging positively with all applicants and maintaining strong communication throughout the recruitment process.
Manage applicants efficiently using the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and timely follow‑up.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and job offer processing in alignment with company hiring standards.
Facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions, completion of employment documentation, and setup in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Administer pre‑employment requirements such as drug testing, fingerprinting, and background checks to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Communicate and administer employee benefits information to new hires and assist with open enrollment activities.
Review training hours and payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain up‑to‑date candidate and employee data in WinTeam and other HR systems.
Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and employment records in accordance with HR best practices and legal requirements.
Oversee uniform distribution, inventory control, and employee ID badge management.
Verify employee licensure, certifications, and compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
Process employee terminations, handle unemployment claims, and ensure proper offboarding documentation.
Monitor driver compliance and maintain accurate records in HR systems.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all HR databases, including WinTeam.
Support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and branch communication efforts.
Maintain OSHA records, assist with EEO‑1 reporting, and ensure compliance with employment law updates.
Coordinate safety initiatives and assist with workers’ compensation claims and follow‑up documentation.
Provide front‑office support, including greeting walk‑in applicants and employees, and answering branch phones as needed.
Partner with management to promote a positive workplace culture and ensure smooth HR operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass an extensive screening process
High school diploma required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Tech‑savvy with experience in various systems
