Job Description We are looking for a

Full Stack Developer

to join our Business Ops Adjudication Scrum team. This role emphasizes front-end application development while leveraging your expertise across the Microsoft technology stack. As part of our collaborative Scrum team, you will contribute to building dynamic and user-friendly applications that support critical business operations. This position will be a

remote.

What You’ll Do

Design and develop responsive, visually appealing, and intuitive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and Microsoft tools

Build and optimize user experiences that align with business goals and enhance usability

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements

Develop and maintain scalable server-side architecture using .NET technologies

Create and manage APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems

Work with databases (e.g., SQL Server) to design schemas, optimize queries, and manage data storage

Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Contribute to sprint deliverables and work collaboratively with cross-functional team members

Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring efficiency and reliability

Continuously refine code to improve performance and scalability

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment

What You’ll Need Required:

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on front-end application development

Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or similar tools

Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET, and SQL Server

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative team environments

Experience with API development and integration

Preferred:

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Effective communication skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$60-$62 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
