Responsibilities Reports to: Sr. Manager, myHR Services

Primary Responsibilities The myHR Services Support Analyst will be at the forefront of driving change within myHR Services, leveraging data to inform decisions that impact our most valuable asset—our people. Essential Functions

Serves as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow related inquiries.

Creates process documentation for the ServiceNow system platform and training materials for ServiceNow users in collaboration with the myHR Services Manager.

Responds to issues and implements immediate resolution efforts to ensure an optimal team member experience.

Creates standard operating procedures to standardize Novolex’s processes for the myHR Services department.

Assesses HR transactions and services for opportunities; recommends and implements actions to improve process flows, accuracy, consistency and timeliness of HR Service Team responses.

Organizes and facilitates ongoing review, development, evaluation/testing, and maintenance of documentation to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date depiction of processes.

Works closely with HR leaders to problem-solve, troubleshoot, and identify service opportunities to support HR processes.

Reviews cases and ensures timely follow-ups. Performs case audits to ensure consistency and quality in myHR Services team responses.

Facilitates teamwork and problem-solving, and provides direction and guidance to myHR Services team members.

Qualifications

Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.

Ability to efficiently respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and outside vendors.

Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven analytical and quantitative skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of HR systems (Workday, Kronos, UKG) and reporting.

Analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.

Critical‑thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be proficient in various relevant computer/software programs with strong Excel and reporting skills.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.

Certification in SHRM-CP, PHR preferred.
