Overview
Luxury Learning & Development Coordinator (Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya) – HOT0C2VK. The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the implementation and coordination of all training and development initiatives within the hotel. This role ensures that every Team Member receives the knowledge, skills, and inspiration needed to deliver exceptional and memorable guest experiences in alignment with the brand’s luxury standards. The position contributes to building a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and excellence across all departments.
What will I be doing?
Organize and maintain the monthly and annual training calendar.
Coordinate logistics for all training sessions, including venues, materials, and technology setup.
Track attendance, evaluations, and training completion records.
Maintain up-to-date training files and ensure compliance with all mandatory and brand-required programs.
Support the delivery of orientation, service culture, leadership, and departmental skills training.
Ensure training content aligns with the brand’s values, tone, and service philosophy.
Support engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen the hotel’s culture and team spirit.
Communicate learning opportunities and success stories through internal channels.
Coordinate onboarding programs, including New Team Member Orientation.
Monitor training metrics such as participation rates, learning hours, and satisfaction scores.
Gather participant feedback to enhance training quality and effectiveness.
Assist during internal or external audits related to Learning & Development or Brand Standards.
