Part-Time flex security officer for high-profile client sites in the Raleigh area. Front desk/reception duties, including answering and forwarding calls, directing visitors, and ensuring access to the facility is strictly monitored. Interior foot patrols. Read and become knowledgeable of Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and act quickly and efficiently according to directives. Qualifications
Prior security and receptionist experience with strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Professional appearance, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and solid report writing skills. Must be able to attend licensing class on Monday and Tuesday in Raleigh if not currently in possession of a state PPSB-issued security license. Paid First Aid/CPR classes provided (pre-requisite to work); if already certified, classes may be skipped. Ability to perform duties as specified by Post Orders and SOP.
