Executive Assistant to COO & CMO
Base pay range
$36.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO and CMO, including managing schedules and meetings.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
Serve as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence and reports.
Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for the COO and CMO.
Monitor and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
Support special projects and initiatives as needed by the executives.
Profile
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit industry is a plus.
