What to Expect

Source, develop, and manage a national pipeline of provider prospects, including health systems and physician groups

Lead all aspects of the sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, and contract execution

Build strategic relationships with provider executives to drive adoption of data and analytics solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies based on market feedback

Own and exceed individual sales quota for new provider partnerships, contributing to annual revenue goals

What is Required

5+ years of experience in provider-facing sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas

Direct experience selling enterprise-level solutions to provider organizations such as health systems or large physician groups

Strong ability to engage executive stakeholders and navigate complex provider organizations

An entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of value-based care models

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in launching new solutions with providers or health systems

Familiarity with value-based care economics and strategies
