Dynatron Software, Inc. is seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Sales Executive (Market President) to lead regional growth and revenue performance across our strategic territories in VA, DE, and MD. The high‑visibility role requires a results‑oriented professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, understands fixed operations, and is passionate about helping dealerships achieve extraordinary results.

The Opportunity As the senior sales executive, you will own the full go‑to‑market strategy within your region, driving new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and championing Dynatron’s value proposition across the automotive service industry.
What You’ll Do
Drive Regional Growth : Lead revenue generation and market expansion efforts across VA, DE, and MD, achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
Full Sales Ownership : Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and close, including direct sales, upsells, group deals, and partner sales.
Territory Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute a regional business plan grounded in data, local market insights, and dealership relationships, leveraging mapping and planning tools.
Dealer Engagement : Engage directly with dealership decision‑makers, conducting in‑person visits and holding qualified meetings daily to uncover opportunities and present tailored Dynatron solutions.
Pipeline & CRM Excellence : Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management using SugarCRM, ensuring all activities, opportunities, and communications are accurately documented.
Collaboration & Communication : Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Enablement to align strategies, share insights, and execute go‑to‑market initiatives, participating in weekly team huddles and ongoing training.
Team & Culture Champion : Represent Dynatron’s core values—Urgency, Results, Accountability, Positivity, and Success‑Driven Excellence—in every interaction.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in automotive fixed operations, with a strong understanding of dealership service departments
Proven success in territory sales, business development, or regional leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with dealership leaders and influence purchasing decisions
Skilled at managing a high‑volume, field‑based sales cadence, including prospecting, presentations, and deal closure
Exceptional communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably SugarCRM) and sales technology platforms
A self‑starter mindset with the drive to achieve ambitious goals in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
Variable Compensation: OTE $100,000 – $250,000
Equity: Participation in Dynatron’s Equity Incentive Plan
