In this opportunity, you’ll work directly with sellers and investors, supported by consistent lead flow, targeted marketing, and efficient acquisition systems. Responsibilities
Lead follow up Database campaigns Set appointments Network with contractors and small-scale developers Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales Qualifications
A real estate license is required Good communication Must live within the greater Phoenix area Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Compensation
