Inventory Control Coordinator

Sanhua is looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team in our Gluckstadt, MS office. This person will work with other teams and identify process gaps and present efficiencies to local leadership.

Responsibilities
Identify and resolve inventory issues, maintain accurate inventory locations, and prepare inventory reports.
Conduct both system and manual cycle counts regularly and reconcile any discrepancies.
Receive, release, reconcile, sort, and store products and devices, including incoming customer returns and buybacks.
Inspect, process, and store returned inventory.
Pick, pack, ship, and electronically transfer products between sites.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and errors.
Perform stock checks, replenish inventory as needed, and manage hot bin replenishment.
Determine proper packing configurations for product shipments and pack items as per standard procedures.
Physically and electronically transfer inventory.
Perform quarterly and regular cycle counts, reconciling any discrepancies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or relevant field.
2+ years proven experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
Proficient in inventory management software, such as SAP or similar programs.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic math skills.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies.
Knowledge of HACCP compliant training and strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
