Travel Nursing Job Details Location: Auburn, NY 13021 (New York nursing jobs) Facility: Community Hospital, 90 beds Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Start Date: November 24, 2025 End Date: February 21, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed Estimated Weekly Pay: $1930 - $2070 Floating: Required as needed Charting System: Paragon Patient Ratio: 1:6-7 Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience Active New York State Registered Nurse license Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification NIHSS certification and 6 CEUs on stroke-related topics (required prior to start) Proficient in interpreting telemetry strips IV therapy experience required (no IV team on site) Travel nursing experience preferred Willingness to float to other hospital units Availability for every other weekend and holiday shifts COVID vaccine not required (proof or declination accepted) Flu vaccine or declination required (mask required if declining) Proctored EKG exam on Day 1 of contract Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units Independently monitor and interpret telemetry strips Initiate and manage IV therapy for patients Float to other units within the hospital as needed Accurately document patient care using Paragon charting system Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members Participate in continuing education and maintain required certifications Deliver compassionate care while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality Apply now to join our healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career in Auburn, NY!
