We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive

Office Manager

to join our Germantown Administrative team. In this key role, you'll work closely with senior management and our accounting firm to oversee essential finance, administrative, and office operations. You'll also supervise a small administrative team, including one Accounting Assistant and one HR Assistant. Fixed salary $75,000 - $85,000 annually + performance based bonus ~ Health Insurance after 90 days ~ Exciting growth opportunities

Our Germantown commissary serves as the heart of our production and operations, bringing together our baking, logistics, and administrative teams under one roof. Prepare and send invoices to key accounts, and follow up on overdue payments Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow Track and record inventory movements Manage sales and use tax filings Supervise payroll preparation and processing Prepare financial dashboards and periodic reports Administrative & Office Management Supervise HR Assistant in recruitment support and employee administration (onboarding, payroll, vacation tracking, etc.) Coordinate office communications, including phone and email inquiries and visitor reception Support daily office logistics and administrative tasks as needed Partner with leadership to streamline office processes and improve efficiency 5+ years of experience in administrative or accounting roles ~ Proficiency with office and accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.) ~ Fluent in English; French is a plus ~ At Fresh Baguette, we take pride in our commitment to quality, teamwork, and authentic French craftsmanship.
