skilled Legal Receptionist

Position Overview The Legal Receptionist will play an integral role in ensuring efficient daily operations and providing high‑level administrative support to the legal team and office leadership. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive—someone who thrives in a professional setting and consistently delivers exceptional service.
This is a permanent position, 5 days a week onsite. Salary range is between $50,000-$58,000 based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact—greet visitors, answer calls, and manage front desk operations with professionalism and poise
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, correspondence, and task coordination
Oversee office operations: maintain supplies, liaise with vendors, and keep the workspace organized and efficient
Manage conference room scheduling and meeting logistics, ensuring smooth execution of in‑person and virtual meetings
Support planning and coordination of internal events, staff meetings, and team gatherings
Handle document management, including filing, scanning, and maintaining confidential records with discretion
Qualifications
3+ years
of administrative experience in a professional office environment (experience in legal or professional services preferred)
Proven record of reliability, professionalism, and long‑term commitment in prior roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite ; familiarity with legal administrative tools is a plus
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
