The Human Resources Administrator provides high-level administrative support for day-to-day HR operations and serves as a liaison to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Leadership Team. This role supports recruiting, onboarding, training coordination, HR system maintenance, and employee engagement efforts while also assisting with executive communications, board administration, and organizational projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Human Resources Functions (75%)
Supports full-cycle recruitment for non-exempt roles, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Coordinates new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required documentation.
Maintains HR and Learning Management Systems; assists with reviews, training assignments, and reporting.
Tracks benefits enrollment, trainings, and compliance activities.
Responds to employee inquiries and provides high-quality internal customer service.
Supports employee engagement initiatives and appreciation events.
Assists with certifications/continuing education tracking (CME/CEU).
Executive Assistant Functions (25%)
Serves as Board liaison by scheduling meetings, compiling materials, and maintaining records.
Provides administrative support to the CEO and Leadership Team, including internal communications and document preparation.
Helps coordinate organization-wide events, meetings, and special projects.
Maintains filing systems and assists with administrative needs across departments.
Requirements
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, plus at least two years of previous HR experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Must have current knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations.
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
